As the head of Fiorentino Legal, P.C., Attorney Christopher Fiorentino offers a wealth of legal experience and expertise to clients. A trial attorney with a record of success in courtrooms throughout Massachusetts, Christopher is a former Plymouth County Assistant District Attorney who handled thousands of cases in Brockton, Plymouth, Hingham, and Wareham. He quickly gained a reputation for his straightforward approach to cases and a thorough understanding of the law. He later entered private practice with a focus on personal injury and criminal defense.
Attorney Fiorentino authored Crumbling Patchwork: How Massachusetts’s Efforts to Fill the Gaps Left by Crawford are Becoming Useless.
Since then, Attorney Fiorentino has represented individuals and families in a broad range of cases, many of which involved catastrophic injuries and death. He was involved in winning one of Massachusetts’ largest trial verdicts of 2017.
Before Attorney Fiorentino practiced law, he was an officer in the United States Army and led a platoon of combat soldiers in Iraq. His military awards and decorations include the Parachutist Badge (“jump wings”) and the Combat Action Badge.
Before becoming a criminal defense and personal injury attorney, Christopher Fiorentino studied criminal justice at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH, and graduated from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA. He has bar admissions in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts.
